This  course gives you a recognised qualification within six months – providing a fast track towards further career options. It is particularly useful for current teachers who need to incorporate PE into their primary-school curriculum.

You’ll graduate from the Undergraduate Certificate in Primary Physical Education with a strong understanding of the activities and concepts needed to develop movement skills in others, particularly for primary-school students.

Gain specific knowledge of: 

  • human movement, including growth and motor development
  • psychosocial aspects of movement
  • major and minor games
  • rhythmic and expressive movement.

If you decide to keep studying, you may progress to the  Bachelor of Education Studies, the Bachelor of Education (P-12) or the Bachelor of Physical Education and Sport Science.
