The aim of this module is to provide students with a high level of understanding, necessary to embed a successful high performance program including: recruiting and utilising support personnel, selection processes, issues surrounding the selection process, managing individuals and a team, performance psychology as well as tools and strategies for enhancing and analysing performance.
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
Lecturer will provide teaching and learning materials as required in the form of Victoria Polytechnic produced workbooks.
This unit is not compulsory for any specific course. Depending on the course you study, this unit may be taken as an elective.
