Applications are now open for Research Ambassador positions at Victoria University.
Research Ambassadors provide peer-to-peer research support to both research students and staff. They cover a range of areas including:
- document formatting
- qualitative research analysis
- quantitative research analysis
- Library research databases
- other areas of relevance to researchers.
Who can apply?
The Research Ambassador program is open to Higher Degree by Research students and provides employment opportunities for them to:
- share their skills
- learn from others
- be involved in the development of Victoria University's research culture.
This role is open to currently enrolled PhD, Professional Doctorates or Masters by Research students at Victoria University who have candidature approval.
Employment will be on a casual academic rate for a minimum of three hours per week for one semester. Successful candidates may be required to work at City Flinders or Footscray Park campuses and will be employed for one semester with the option to continue for a second semester.
