Leadership Snack: Walk the Talk: Values – Based Leadership for Inclusion & Justice
Many organisations and their leaders share statements on their commitment to equality, inclusion and social justice but what does it take to make these a reality?
In this interactive workshop, Heather will help you to explore the ethical qualities that you bring as a leader and how you demonstrate these – especially in the face of challenges. Specifically we will work on:
- identifying your values and how these become part of your leadership identity
- translating values into commitments and action
- using leadership to amplify the voices of others
- using personal ethics to guide decision-making when things get tough
This workshop will leave you with an identity statement and framework to take out into professional life and to advance you as a values-based leader.
