We all bring our unique, human identities to our work, careers, and leadership.

Understanding how the context we work in rewards and disadvantages us based on different aspects of our identities can help you develop your leadership style, understand and utilise power, and even change the world you operate in.

Our guest presenter Allie will show you how understanding her own unique identity helped her build a career from a freelance and casual worker to General Manager of one of Melbourne’s leading artistic institutions.

She will share learnings from leaders in the culture and business sector and share some tools to help you build your “Leadership Toolbox”.
