VU Return to Sport

To mitigate risk from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Victoria University is beginning a phased process of returning to sport and physical activity. Our fitness centres are re-opening and we can’t wait to see you – view each fitness centre information to see opening date and times.

There are many social and competitive sport activities to choose from at VU.

Whether you want to get involved in free lunchtime sport, join a club, or represent VU at the UniSport Nationals, playing sport is a great way to stay active, have fun and meet new people.

School holiday programs

Our holiday sports programs are for children aged 5-17 years. Activities include netball, basketball, swimming and footy.

There are plenty of options for staff and students wanting to join a sporting club and play in local competitions.

Campus and social sports are a fun and free way to get active while you study.
