Complaint resolution
The Integrity Office manages the Student Complaint Resolution Procedure. Our team of advisers and consultants provide specialist advice to assist students to resolve concerns with the University, through our three-step process.
The Integrity Office provides advice and assistance to students and staff across VU, and promotes a respectful, safe and inclusive culture.
We also work with various external bodies including (but not limited to) Office of the Victorian Ombudsman, Victorian Police and Safer Community Networks.

The Integrity Office manages the Student Misconduct Procedure. Staff can consult with us for advice and assistance in managing student misconduct. We are also available to provide training and resources to staff around student misconduct and managing student problem behaviour.

The Integrity Office delivers the Safer Community program addressing problem or threatening student behaviour.
Safer Community is a central point of enquiry, response and support for concerning, threatening or inappropriate behaviour. For advice, assistance and support if you have experienced or witnessed something concerning, contact Safer Community.
