  2. Select the issue you need advice or support with (finance, housing or welfare)
  3. Select a face to face or phone appointment
  4. Select a staff member
  5. Select a suitable date and time.

You will receive an email confirming your appointment. We will also send you a reminder on the day of your appointment.

What to bring to your appointment

Bring any documents that might help the Senior Adviser understand and help you with your issue – such as bills, a letter from Centrelink or a course release letter.
