Get support at the VU Enrolment Pop-ups where you can finalise your enrolment for 2026 (including completing your eCAF).

Whether you are new to VU or continuing your studies, enrolling in your units has never been easier. Take this opportunity to get your enrolment done and dusted and be ready when classes commence on 16 February.

What's happening at Enrolment Pop-ups

Get the answers you need on:

eCAF (eCAF is a compulsory online form to complete if you are a domestic student)
Unique Student Identifier (USI)
unit selection
timetables
admissions queries and credit application
fee payments
any other enrolment questions.

The Enrolment Pop-ups will take place at our VUHQ spaces:

Footscray Park Campus: Building M, Level 1
City Campus: City Tower, Level 1
St Albans Campus: Building 4N, Level 1.

Our team will be waiting to help you navigate the enrolment steps.

Even if you are studying at a different campus, you can still come to City, St Albans or Footscray Park Campus for dedicated, in-person support for your enrolment.

And if you can't make it to the Enrolment Pop-ups, help is always available – contact us by phone, email or chat.

What other support & guidance is available?

Course and Unit Advisors (CUAs) are the first point of contact if you need administrative assistance and advice relating to your course at VU. CUAs can provide help and guidance with most practical course-related matters.

Course delivery plans help you to understand the structure of your course and determine which units to select for each year of study.

Frequently asked questions

: VTAC & direct

You can accept your offer by clicking the Enrol Now button in your offer email and following the prompts. You can also do so by enrolling in your units through MyVU > My Course in the left dropdown menu. Most Higher Education (HE) students can enrol online.

Vocational Education (VE/TAFE) students will accept their offer via the Applicant Portal. If the course has been set up as Auto Enrol, when a student Accepts their Offer they will automatically be enrolled into the first level/stage of units.

International

You will need to pay your initial deposit and then either:
· accept your offer via an agent; or
· print and sign your offer letter and return the whole document (not just the acceptance page) to [email protected] .
: There are a number of different offer rounds through the Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC).

If you receive an Early Round offer, you will be notified in late November (current year 12 applicants are not considered for Early Round offers).

If you receive a Round One offer, you will be notified in late January.

Further rounds occur in February, and VTAC will only advise applicants who have received an offer in these rounds.

: Victoria University (VU) offers a range of scholarships for students, with various criteria and submission deadlines.

If you have applied for a TAFE (certificate and diploma) or undergraduate (degree-level) scholarship, and you are successful, you'll get the offer in late January or February. Recipients will receive a scholarship offer pack in the mail.

: The electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form (eCAF) is an online form used by domestic students to apply for a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) and/or Higher Education Loan Program (HELP) loan.

The eCAF must be completed before your first enrolled census date.
