You will work with our specialised trainers using the latest training principles in 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Your first session involves a comprehensive induction with your trainer to discuss your goals and create a tailored program for you.

Training options

Our personal training memberships include attendance at up to two group training sessions per week, as well as unlimited use of the gym, swimming pool and group exercise classes.

We offer a personal training only option, if you're just after some one-on-one time with a trainer. We also offer small group and team training options.

If you would like one-on-one time with a personal trainer - and don't need access to the gym, pool, team training or group exercise classes - our personal training only option is for you.

Improve your fitness and be part of an awesome team in an encouraging, motivating environment. 

Team training sessions are small group sessions run by a personal trainer, several times per day, with a different focus each day. Sessions include warm up and stretching. 

All sessions are 45 minutes long with a maximum of 8 participants per session (with the exception of Saturdays).

Membership

The Focus membership includes two team training sessions per week - make sure you register for team training when signing up. We'll arrange an initial assessment before you attend team training sessions.

This membership is for people who want quick results and need one-on-one, individual attention at an affordable price.

With our Achieve membership, you'll get access to the:

  • one 30-minute personal training session a week.

The individual personal training session is conducted by a personal trainer working with you one-on-one for 30 minutes, focusing on achieving your particular goals.

Fees

  • Students: $224 per month
  • Staff & concession holders: $233 per month
  • Community: $237.30 per month

The fees are paid monthly via direct debit.

This membership is for those who want assured results. The intensive individual coaching means that if you stick to the plan devised by the personal trainer you will succeed in achieving your goals.

What you'll get

With our Succeed membership, you'll get access to the:

  • Fitness Centre
  • swimming pool
  • group exercise classes
  • team training sessions
  • one 60-minute or two 30-minute personal training sessions a week.

The individual personal training session is conducted by a personal trainer working with you one-on-one for 30 minutes, focusing on achieving your particular goals. The additional time compared to the Achieve membership allows you to really push your limits and get results fast.

Fees

  • Students: $382.90 per month
  • Staff & concession holders: $391.70 per month
  • Community: $396 per month

The fees are paid monthly via direct debit.
