Guest presenter Julie Jones from Think Productive sees a world where everyone practises ninja-level productivity – and where playful, productive momentum is your default setting, instead of stressed and busy.

Classes will be held at VU's City Tower in late October and early November.

: During this Leadership Masterclass with Julie Jones from Think Productive, you’ll learn how to harness your unique coaching style to create a culture of high performance, trust, and safety within your team. You’ll discover how to increase responsibility, self-awareness and self-belief in your people, while providing a good balance of support and challenge through upping your own listening and questioning skills.
You’ll come away with an action and accountability plan so you can continue to develop your coaching skills, which you can use to unlock your team’s potential!
Discover the skills required to be a great coach; evaluate your coaching competency.
Learn to facilitate conversations by leveraging reflective listening to identify the root cause of issues.
Know when to “help” in the problem-solving process and what that looks like when done successfully.
Ensure ownership by allowing them to decide on a solution for implementation.

: In this highly practical workshop, you’ll be reflecting on your own personal style and we’ll be opening the doors to psychological skills such as active listening, empathetic questioning and positive framing. You’ll gain an understanding of how different people think and how the organisational culture you’re in affects your ability to influence.
By the time you leave, you’ll get how influencing works and be equipped with the techniques and strategies to transform your confidence in influencing and persuading others

Become empowered by harnessing your individual influencing style
Understand the psychology of influencing, including how your body language, words and work culture impact your ability to persuade
