Overview

The minor in Quantity Surveying offers an in-depth exploration of professional quantity surveying practices throughout the building construction process. This specialised area focuses on advanced quantity surveying techniques, digital and intelligent construction methods, and the interpretation of building and construction legislation, codes, and standards for residential and commercial structures. It also covers environmentally sustainable building services and the development of energy-efficient buildings and cities for the future.

Unit set structure

For a minor study students must complete forty-eight (48) credit points of study, comprising:

  • Four (4) Specialist Area units.
