Learning Outcomes
1. | Analyse, interpret and transmit management and organisational behaviour practices; | ||
2. | Demonstrate an understanding of organisational behaviour, management and human resources concepts and principles as they relate to the successful operations of a hotel or hospitality business; | ||
3. | Demonstrate - through practical placement in the VenU facility - the theoretical and technical knowledge required to lead and manage teams, develop team commitment and cooperation, manage conflict and lead team performance towards key goals and objectives; | ||
