We care about your health and wellbeing. Our health advisor can provide confidential support, information and referrals to help you manage any physical, mental and emotional challenges.
Our also offers confidential, individual counselling sessions, as well as year-round group workshops. We can help equip you with the skills, tools and resources to handle the demands of university life.
