This event has already taken place.

Wednesday 6 July 2016
Thursday 7 July 2016

Are you feeling nervous about studying maths or statistics?

Be a 'Sumbody' and meet other 'Sumbodies'! You're not alone if it's been some time since you studied maths and the thought of maths now makes you feel a bit nervous.

Lots of university courses need you to have a basic foundation in maths, for example:

  • Business
  • Nursing
  • Science
  • Sport & exercise science
  • Paramedics
  • Psychology
  • Engineering
  • Social studies
  • Midwifery
  • Bioscience
  • Education.

VU has lots of services and support available to help you build confidence in maths or statistics, so come along to this interactive workshop where we’ll provide:

  • the how, who and where to get help with your maths or statistics
  • a laid back environment to meet other like-minded 'Sumbodies'.

Be there or be square²!

Registrations are now closed.
