Asylum Seeker Scholarship fund
You can help courageous and determined asylum seekers by supporting a scholarship that provides TAFE students with a pathway to a university degree.
With no financial support from the government, this scholarship helps students seeking asylum better cope with financial, emotional and mental hardship.
You can transform the lives of asylum seeker students today by donating to Asylum Seeker Scholarships. All donations will be matched dollar for dollar by a generous VU donor.
- $50 can help a student pay for public transport
- $200 can help a student buy equipment like a laptop
- $500 can help support a student to pay for accommodation.
* All donations over $2 are tax-deductible for Australian tax purposes.
If you make a monthly donation, your first gift will be deducted immediately, with subsequent gifts deducted on the 16th (or the next business day) of the next calendar month.
