Applications are now open for VU students to take part in a 14-day China Tour in early July 2017, organised by VU's Victoria Business Confucius Institute (VBCI).

The proposed itinerary will take in Beijing, and Ningxia or Xi’an.

The final itinerary will be confirmed closer to the tour date.

Successful applicants will need to pay their own airfares and organise their visas (estimated to be around AUD$2000 in total).

Other costs within China, including meals and tours, will be sponsored by the hosts, and include:

  • hotel rooms (double occupancy)
  • group meals
  • group transportation
  • group sightseeing and entrance tickets
  • travel and accident insurance in China (participants are responsible for their regular medical insurance).
