Doctoral School

PhD students have the opportunity to present their thesis work to a distinguished audience of panel experts and fellow conference participants. Participants will be selected competitively based on their submitted expressions of interest. In addition to facilitating their presentation of their rigorous research, this platform allows them to receive valuable feedback and promote their scholarly contributions within the broader academic and professional communities. It provides doctoral candidates with an excellent opportunity to engage with leading figures in the field and further refine their work through constructive criticism. After the sessions, the panel of experts will select the Best Doctoral Student Paper Award and the Most Engaging Presentation Award.

The conference registration fee includes access to all sessions throughout the conference, as well as refreshments and lunches for both days. Additionally, the fee covers attendance at the conference dinner on the evening of Day 1, which will be held on November 25, 2024. (The conference dinner is not included in the student and online registration fees.)

For authors whose papers have been accepted, it is mandatory to register and attend the conference in order to present their papers. At least one author from each accepted paper must be registered for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. 

Single registration can cover up to two papers. 

The conference attendance fee per day includes attendance at all sessions during the conference, refreshments and lunches for each person.
