Our student massage clinics offer massage services to the public across three locations for a fraction of industry costs.

Clinics are operated by students studying the Diploma of Remedial Massage HLT52015 and are supervised by qualified, industry current therapists at all times.

Our student clinics are an educational environment for the purposes of student development and on-the-job learning as our priority of focus. During your visit, you are required to comply with assessment processes conducted by the student therapist within your one-hour booking time to support the student learning experience.

All members of the public are welcome.

Covid safety precautions

Please be advised that the procedures within our student clinics have changed and all new and existing clients will be required to comply with new processes.

Due to Covid-19 Infection Control standards:

  • All clients will be required to 'scan in' using the Victoria University QR code at the location of your visit.
  • All clients must comply with Victorian Government guidelines surrounding the wearing of masks indoors. Please refer to the DHHS Guidelines to ensure you have the most up to date and relevant information.
  • If you are feeling generally unwell, please cancel your appointment and refrain from visiting our campus clinics.
  • New clients – and returning clients who have not been to our clinic in the last 12 months – will be required to complete a new Health History form, so please allow for additional time before your appointment

We thank you for understanding the importance of these measures and look forward to seeing you in the clinic.

Behaviour of clients, carers & members of the public

Clients, their carers, and members of the public interacting with Clinics are expected to behave appropriately. In particular:
a. Aggressive or abusive speech or behaviour towards staff, students, other clients, or carers will not be tolerated. People who exhibit these behaviours will be required to leave the Clinic immediately.
b. Generally offensive or objectionable behaviour will lead to a request for the behaviour to cease. If this request should be disregarded, the individual will be asked to leave the clinic.
All VU clinics reserve the right to refuse further treatment to any individual who has previously exhibited aggressive or abusive behaviours towards staff, students, other clients, carers, or members of the public.
