    Overview

    In this unit students report on the research project conducted in Inquiry Project 1. The report will detail the research project, through four main sections; a literature review, methodology, findings and discussion. The discussion will contain information of how leadership capabilities and capacities are demonstrated through the completion of the project and/or dissemination of findings. Students will use skills of: analysis, communication, reporting, reflecting, synthesis and creation.

    Learning Outcomes

    On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

    1. Connect concepts of leadership with Early Childhood Education
    2. Develop a report on a research project
    3. Articulate a deep understanding of an issue relevant in an Early Childhood Education context
    4. Analyse and offer solutions to a significant problem/issue/insight in the context of Early Childhood Education
