Overview

The aim of this module is to provide high performance coaches with knowledge on different types of data and data analysis, in order to effectively assess race conditions and demands, thereby preparing an elite swimmer for competition, including: serial data, external factors, input from support team personnel as well as performance analysis.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  1. analyse a swimmer's environment, evalutate training loading as well as effectively prepare elite swimmers for specific race performance.
