The aim of this module is to provide relevant information to coaches, in order to identify and develop potential swimmers to perform at elite competition level. It includes talent identification, talent development and evaluating the effectiveness of the talent identification and development programs.
On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

This unit is not compulsory for any specific course. Depending on the course you study, this unit may be taken as an elective.
