The aim of this module is to provide coaches with the necessary knowledge, in order to assess a swimmer’s stroke technique, whilst paying attention to the components of each stroke and then design and implement improvement strategies, utilizing a range of drills specific to each stroke.

This unit is not compulsory for any specific course. Depending on the course you study, this unit may be taken as an elective.
