This unit forms part of the leadership focus in year 4. In this unit students undertake the development stage for a capstone project of their own choosing, with an emphasis on as aspect of leadership in the context of Early Childhood. They develop the necessary framework for the project by undertaking an annotated bibliography, Literature review, and project design.  Students will demonstrate skills in: analysis, communication, reporting, reflecting, synthesis and creation.
