From sport nutrition to the taboo topic of drugs in sport, Ghaith Zakaria is covering extensive ground during his Diploma of Sport Development.
The international student is studying the one-year diploma at Victoria University Polytechnic – the TAFE division of Victoria University (VU) – enabling him to enter the second year of the related bachelor degree at VU next year.
"The Diploma of Sport Development is such a successful course – I am amazed by the knowledge that the overall course and the specific units are providing me," Ghaith, from Iraq, says.
