Samuel Manhom wasn’t given the education he desired – VU helped change that.
"In my home country I had no freedom to pursue an education. VU took me in and drastically influenced my future path for the better. My success as a student was placed at the top of the University’s priority list, the staff are fully committed to helping their students achieve their goals.
My teachers and fellow students guided me on my path to gaining a Bachelor of Accounting, Banking and Finance in 2012, which then allowed me to be employed as a Finance Administrator at Good Shepherd Youth and Family Services two years later, whilst studying for my Masters of Business degree.
VU attracts the most amazing students locally and from around the world. I credit the VU community at large for playing a major role in helping me earn a master’s degree; they gave me a chance to make a lifelong dream a reality."
