Since 2004, the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) and Victoria University have had an articulation agreement. Student study for two years in a CUFE degree, with the remaining two years of study able to be completed in Melbourne.

In Melbourne, students are able to select any of the 11 Bachelor of Business majors; alternatively, students can remain in China to complete the International Trade and Financial Risk Management majors.

Academic requirements

To transfer into VU's Bachelor of Business with only 4 semesters remaining, students need to successfully complete the first two years of the CUFE Bachelor of Economics degree pathway units.

English language requirements

You could meet Victoria University's Bachelor of Business English language entry requirements by one of these methods:

  • IELTS (Academic): 6.0 overall, no band less than 6.0
  • TOEFL (Internet): 80 overall, no section less than 20
  • Pearson Test of English (PTE): 50 – 57 overall score, no section less than 50
  • Cambridge English – Advanced (CAE): Total score of 52
  • Successful completion of the English Language Supplementary Program (ELSP)

If you do not meet any of these English language entry requirements, you can complete an ELICOS course before enrolling in the Bachelor of Business.
