VU asks: How does diabetes effect people from different backgrounds?

Victoria University researchers are looking for people with Type 2 Diabetes from ethnically diverse and Australian-born backgrounds to complete a 30-minute survey.

The results will help health professionals understand how diabetes effects people from different backgrounds.

The survey of 450 diabetics will ask them what they know about diabetes, how they feel about having diabetes, what they do to manage their diabetes, and how having diabetes affects their quality of life.

Participants should be aged 18 to 70 and have sufficient English to complete the survey.
