Victoria University's active living program – Thrive – encourages us all to be more active and mindful.

Our free activities are designed improve your health, performance and personal fulfillment … and help you thrive.

We have five exciting program streams:

  • Build your fitness, challenge yourself and be fierce
  • Join a team and come play
  • Learn new things and make new friends, let’s chat.
