Fancy a free game of social sport? What about a nice walk along the Maribyrnong River? We’ve got you covered.

Social sport

Bring your friends and socialise! All abilities are welcome. Games are held at the Footscray Park Campus Aquatic & Fitness Centre (VUAFC).

  • Volleyball: 4pm, Monday on Court 2
  • Badminton: 5pm, Tuesday on Court 3
  • Basketball: 4pm, Wednesday on Court 1
  • Table tennis: 4pm, Friday on Court 1.

VU River Walkers, Runners & Riders

Get your steps up, de-stress, socialise, relax and enjoy the scenery.

  • VU River Walkers: 12.15-12.45pm, every day. Meet at VUAFC.
  • VU River Runners: 4.30pm, Wednesday. Meet at VUAFC.
  • Extended VU River Walkes (one hour): 12-1pm, Tuesday. Meet at VUAFC.
