By entering the 2022 CREQ Survey Competition(Promotion), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The Promoter is Victoria University (VU) (ABN: 83 776 954 731, CRICOS Provider No. 00124K) PO Box 14428, Melbourne, Victoria 8001.
  2. All information on ‘how to enter’ forms part of these terms and conditions.  By entering into the Promotion you warrant that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. 
  3. Entries for the Promotion open on Monday 28 November 2022 and close on Friday 9 December 2022 at 11.59 pm AEST. (Promotion Period)
  4. Any entry that is not received by VU during the Promotion Period will be invalid.
  5. The draw will take place at 9:00AM AEST on 14 December 2022 at Victoria University, Footscray Park Campus.
  6. VU will contact the winners via their VU email address to confirm a winning entry within 24 hours of the draw.
  7. In contacted by VU, you have 14 days to respond to VU’s email.  Once that time period has elapsed, you forfeit your prize and VU will select another winner.
  8. The winners’ names will be published in the ORTQI newsletter, on the Victoria University webpage, VU News, and the Victoria University Facebook page.  Winners’ names will also be circulated in an email to all research students.
  9. The Winners will be mailed their prize and will not be able to collect the prize in person.
  10. VU accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period.  No responsibility will be taken for the lost, late or misdirected entries.  VU is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.

Eligibility

  1. Entry is open to currently enrolled Victoria University graduate research students who complete the 2022 Current Research Experience Questionnaire (CREQ) during the promotion period.
  2. Employees and immediate family members of VU, or other entities in any way involved in the Promotion, are not valid entrants in the Promotion.
  3. Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries, or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any other person's rights, including intellectual property rights, will not be eligible to win.

How to enter

  1. Follow the steps below:
    1. Complete the 2022 CREQ survey by clicking on the link emailed to you and filling in the survey; and
    2. Submit the completed survey, by 9 December 2022.
  2. You may enter in the Promotion once only.

Prizes

  1. There are two (2) prizes to be won.
  2. Each prize will consist of one $250 voucher.

Decision final

  1. In all matter relating to the Promotion, all decisions of VU and its staff will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence or discussions will be entered into.
