As part of VU’s ongoing commitment to support our students through these challenging times, we launched the COVID-19 Student Support Fund. This fund provides support to our students experiencing financial hardship as a result of the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The emergency fund was created for students who are most in need. It is available to enrolled students studying in Australia in both higher and vocational education.

Phase 1 grants are now closed. However, with the global COVID-19 crisis continuing beyond mid-year, we have added the Phase 2 Emergency Support Grant (for Continuing Students). This provides hardship support to continuing VU students experiencing financial hardship for the remainder of the 2020 teaching year.
