Our foundation studies courses are developed for those in the community that would like to gain employment or go on to further education.

We offer many courses designed to help you improve your language, writing, study and numeracy skills. Our courses are aimed at young people, mature aged students, migrants and refugees, Indigenous Australians and students with special needs.

Duration: 1 year

EAP is a university and TAFE preparation course. It is designed for students with upper intermediate to advanced levels of English who want to gain admission to an Australian TAFE, undergraduate or postgraduate course.

Duration: 0.5 years

Learn communication skills for work and future study with a Certificate II in EAL (Employment) at Victoria University Polytechnic.

Duration: 0.5 years

Extend your English language skills for further study and employment with a Certificate III in EAL (Employment).

Duration: 1 year

This certificate provides an alternative path to further study.

Duration: 0.5 years

In this course you will gain the skills and knowledge required to successfully transition into tertiary education and training pathways.
