The president of the Children's Court of Victoria, Judge Amanda Chambers, will deliver Victoria University’s 2015 Chancellor’s lecture on Wednesday 28 October.
Judge Chambers, a magistrate since 2006, was appointed as the fourth president of the Children's Court of Victoria in June this year.
She has extensive experience in the industrial relations sector with the Victorian Department of Human Services, the Health Services Union and with law firms Maurice Blackburn and Slater and Gordon.
The 2015 Chancellor’s lecture is part of the week-long 2015 VU Research Festival.
