Not even a pandemic can stop ABC radio broadcaster, comedian and writer Sami Shah from continuing his 3-year rivalry with Footscray High School students. Bordering on a comedic set, this interactive live event will see secondary students battle Sami in a series of short debates.

A range of topics will be tackled, focused on the broad theme of planetary health, raising questions about climate change, the environment and its impact on our everyday lives.

You’ll have a chance to get involved in this live-streamed event by voting for the winner of each debate. Who will come out on top?

The event will be MC'ed by Sami’s former radio counterpart, writer and public speaker, Jacinta Parsons. It's a free online event open to the whole community.
