Go Girl Summit

This event has already taken place.

Thursday 28 September 2017

Go Girl Summit is exploring the ‘confidence’ gap, often hailed as one of the main causes of the gender imbalance in founder and senior leadership roles.

The summit aims to provide an environment that inspires and empowers our young female students and women in our community, through discussion of the ‘confidence’ gap as being the important reason for the difference between men and women in founder and senior leadership roles, as this does not have to be the case.

You will be joining other great women founders and in senior roles on stage exploring the challenges and potential solutions associated with this issue. The campaign is designed to empower, inspire and motivate all women in our university and the wider community to come together in celebration of each other’s success. All while setting the stage for International Women’s day in March 2018.
