Exercise class descriptions

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is designed to get the heart rate up and your cardiovascular system working. In this class you will alternate between periods of intense anaerobic exercise and less intense recovery periods. Great for improving athletic capacity and fat burning.

Strength

Strength is gets you working towards developing stronger and leaner muscles. You will use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight to improve muscular strength and endurance through basic strength movement patterns.

Core

Core is a fantastic workout that concentrates on toning and strengthening your abdominals, back and glutes.

Stretch

The goal of stretch is to lengthen muscles, restore your energy and revitalise you for the day. It’s gentle on the body and suitable for all fitness levels.

Master Movers

Master Movers (45mins) is designed specifically for people over 50 who haven’t done exercise in a while and need to start back gently. It’s designed to be appropriate for those who have cardiac concerns, diabetes or other conditions.
