In this unit, you will learn to explore data analytics in ICT business contexts, covering business intelligence, customer analytics, and AI-driven insights for strategic decision-making. You will apply advanced analytical techniques and visualisation tools to real-world problems, working in teams on hands-on projects. The unit also examines ethical, legal, and regulatory issues in data use. By the end, you will be equipped to evaluate analytics tools, generate actionable insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations: preparing you for roles in business analytics, data strategy, or further studies in enterprise intelligence.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
