This professional learner-focused unit of study provides leadership knowledge and skills to improve personal, procedural and organisational integrity in sport workplaces. Contemporary scenarios and cases from elite, sub-elite and community sport will be used to facilitate understanding and improve decision-making and leadership capabilities when facing challenging integrity and ethical issues.
