This professional learner-focused unit of study provides leadership knowledge and skills to improve personal, procedural and organisational integrity in sport workplaces. Contemporary scenarios and cases from elite, sub-elite and community sport will be used to facilitate understanding and improve decision-making and leadership capabilities when facing challenging integrity and ethical issues.

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:
  1. Analyse and integrate knowledge to conceptually map ethical dilemmas and leadership challenges for a given procedural or organisational context; and  
  2. Develop (autonomously and collaboratively) ethically-grounded judgements and leadership strategies to promote integrity best practice in sport management.
