Overview

The aim of this module is to provide performance coaches with knowledge on the roles and responsibilities of a performance coach, an appreciation of the bigger picture and context in which coaches operate, including: strategies for managing the demands of coaching, customer service principles, supervising and developing other coaches and gaining support to improve their own performance.

Learning Outcomes

On successful completion of this unit, students will be able to:

  1. successfully manage the demands of being a professional coach in a peformance environment.
