The aim of this module is to provide performance coaches with an understanding of critical communication skills and strategies to enhance their working relationships, to include: understanding of different communication styles, types and strategies as well as dealing with the media and conflict solutions.

  1. utilise a range of communication skills to interact and negotiate with various personality styles and needs within a development squad, team and support personnel.
