Students who had not considered studying at university can experience university life through workshops and activities run by our academic colleges.
Engineering
VU's College of Engineering and Science offers students in years nine to 12, free hands-on activities, providing them with opportunities to use measurement and design skills to come up with creative prototypes. Each activity is designed to give students a general understanding of the engineering processes from design to construction and testing.

Sport & Exercise Science
The Sport and Recreation Industry Pathway (SARIP) program provides activities and programs that complement students' VCE study. Through SARIP, students also gain exposure and access to leading academics and researchers in sport. They also get exposure to VU's state-of-the-art sport and learning precinct and benefit from VU's extensive list of industry partnerships, including the Australian Institute of Sport and the Western Bulldogs AFL Club.
Please note that some SARIP activities do incur a fee.
