Enjoy a degustation menu prepared by chefs Ian Curley and Todd Moses and VU Polytechnic cookery and hospitality students.
The inaugural charity dinner is part of a new dining series partnering with industry-renowned chefs and charities.
Hosted at VenU Restaurant, the dinner includes a six-course degustation menu prepared by chefs Ian Curley and Todd Moses (French Saloon and Kirks Wine Bar) and the Polytechnic’s cookery and hospitality students.
All profits from the event are donated to Brodie’s Law Foundation who raise awareness about workplace bullying and deliver prevention programs.

Ian Curley
Ian Curley is a British-born, Australian-based chef. His 25-year tenure in Melbourne has seen him at the helm of some of the city’s most iconic restaurants, including nine years at The Point Albert Park and more than a decade at the European Group. Read more about Ian Curley.
Todd Moses
Todd Moses has cooked in some of Melbourne’s finest and reputable kitchens. Todd’s now found his home at the recently opened French Saloon. Working alongside owner and Chef Ian Curley, they make a dynamic team producing some of Melbourne’s finest bistro fare.
Brodie's Law Foundation
