Progressive muscular relaxation exercise
Progressive muscle relaxation is a method that helps relieve tension. In progressive muscle relaxation, you tense a group of muscles as you breathe in, and you relax them as you breathe out. You work on your muscle groups in a certain order. When your body is physically relaxed, you may feel less anxious.

A mindful walk
Mindfulness is being aware of what is going on around you and inside you, moment by moment, without judging what is happening.
By observing the present moment, and not paying much attention to thoughts about the past, mental chatter or future worries, stress can be reduced and wellbeing can be improved.
