VU has affiliations with more than 350 professional sporting bodies. These connections create placement and employment opportunities, grow our research expertise, drive commercial endeavour and contribute to community health.

Western Bulldogs

Our unique association with the Western Bulldogs Football Club began in the 1980s. It has grown to include all four teams (AFL, AFLW, VFL and VFLW), and an innovative shared campus at VU Whitten Oval.

The partnership reflects a shared passion and commitment to Melbourne's west and the greater western region of Victoria.
