About Transit Systems
Transit Systems is a leading public transport operator and a wholly owned subsidiary of Kelsian Group, Australia's largest integrated multi-modal transport provider. Operating under contract to the Victorian Government, Transit Systems delivers essential bus services across Melbourne's western suburbs, connecting communities including Footscray, Sunshine, Williamstown, Moonee Ponds and the rapidly growing Melton corridor.
Transit Systems operates depots in West Footscray and Melton and plays a critical role in providing reliable, accessible and sustainable transport services. As part of its commitment to innovation and environmental sustainability, the organisation is actively supporting Victoria's transition to zero-emission public transport through the deployment of electric bus technologies.
