Australian Volleyball League: VVA Vultures

The Australian Volleyball League returns to Victoria University Footscray Park in October and November.
The 2016 Australian Volleyball League (AVL) season is shaping up to be the best ever, with new teams, new players, and matches being played all over the country.
The growth of volleyball in Australia has been incredible in the past four years, and the recent announcement of a new Centre of Excellence for the women’s Volleyroos at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra is set to grow the sport even further.
Come on down to the home of the Victorian Volleyball Academy (VVA) Vultures and watch and cheer them on as they take on Perth rivals, the WA Hornets and then Adelaide Storm.

All matches will be played at Victoria University Footscray Park campus, Aquatic and Fitness Centre (Building L), Level 3 Sport Court.
Australian Volleyball League
The national indoor league for men and women has developed in format over the past few years. It serves the various demands of elite men's and women's volleyball, drawn largely from club volleyball players.
The 2016 season will see both the men's and women's leagues playing together from October to December.
VVA Vultures
As leaders in sport, VU is proud to partner with the VVA. The VVA’S vision is to be the Premier Volleyball Academy in Australia and was created to service the needs of athletes to progress in the sport of volleyball. It provides every opportunity for these athletes to develop into elite players.
