Victoria University sport & fitness multi-pass – terms & conditions

These are the terms and conditions for purchasing and using a multi-pass for Victoria University (VU) Sport and Fitness facilities.

Personal details can be altered at any time by producing photo identification to the Centre reception or logging into the client portal and updating them.

5. Medical Disclosure - By signing this document you give permission for centre staff to seek medical assistance at your expense if required. It is strongly recommended that all members are covered by ambulance insurance.

6. Attire - Correct attire must be worn at all times, in accordance with the Code of Conduct.

7. Cards - All new Multi Pass holders will be issued with a card. This card must be brought to each session and scanned before entry. A fee will be charged to re-issue a card. Once a card has been re-issued the barcode on the old card is disabled.

8. Privacy - No video equipment, cameras or mobile phones with camera capabilities may be used in any part of the centre without prior arrangement with Centre Management.

9. Conduct - Whilst in the centre a certain standard of behaviour is expected. Foul or insulting language, excessive noise, anti-social behaviour, or any actions that place a staff member or other person in danger or in an unpleasant situation will not be tolerated. Centre staff have the right to expel any person should their actions be considered prejudicial to the proper use of the centre. Any misconduct may result in a cancellation of the multi pass with no refund.

10. Valuables - Please do not leave valuables in the pigeon holes or in changerooms. The centre will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

11. Lockers - There are casual lockers for use while engaging in an activity at the Centre. All belongings must be removed at the end of each day.

12. Closure – In the event that certain facilities are unavailable for use, multi pass holders will be given as much notice as possible. There are certain University and public holiday days of the year that the Centre is closed, and these are clearly indicated on the Centre notice boards.

13. Emergency Procedures – In the event of an emergency, customers must follow the instructions of the staff. If asked to evacuate, please do so immediately. No-one is to return to the building under any circumstances until all clear is given by the staff.
