Michelle Gale teaches vocational Aged and Community Care for the College of Health and Community.

She has taught across several course areas in the 8 years she has been at Victoria University (VU), including Aged Care, Home and Community Care and Allied Health Assistance. She is also currently the Learning in the Workplace and Community (LiWC) coordinator for the Aged Care groups across our campuses.

Michelle has held several roles in the Aged Care sector. She began as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA), after which she went on to train staff in Manual Handling (following completing of a Diploma in Physical Therapy). She also worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant, running rehabilitation exercise groups for the elderly, including Hydrotherapy.
