Professor David Denton, KC is an Adjunct Professor in the College of Law & Justice at Victoria University.

He is King’s Counsel for the State of Victoria, member of the Victorian Bar and Bar Association of Queensland, a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Fellow (Certified Arbitrator) of the Australian Institute for Commercial Arbitration, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has admission to practise in:
