Visit the library service desk located on Level 2 where our friendly library staff will answer your queries about our spaces, services and resources such as:
- dynamic study spaces with modern, flexible furniture to suit study needs and group sizes
- collaborative learning spaces with a variety of seating arrangements
- integrated teaching spaces that can be used for group study when classes are not timetabled
- ‘collection shelf’ for requested items/holds
- reserve collection
- WiFi access
- PCs for access to the online resources to support your study including e-books, eJournals and databases
- VU Borrow Books ‘self-check’ kiosk to borrow/return print items
- multi-function devices for printing, copying and scanning

Exhibition: VU Library: Then and Now
As Victoria University celebrates 110 years since its origins as Footscray Technical School in 1916, this exhibition explores the story of VU Library and its evolution alongside the University's growth and transformation.
The exhibition on Level 2 showcases photographs, publications, plans and memorabilia that capture key milestones in the Library's history.
